Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Krypto Jackpot Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company duly incorporated and licensed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with registered offices in Dubai, governing your access to and use of the KRYPTO JACKPOT platform, including any associated websites, applications, smart contracts, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE PLATFORM.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where participation in blockchain-based prize drawings is prohibited or restricted by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions. The Platform is not available to residents of, or persons located in: (a) the United States of America and its territories; (b) countries subject to comprehensive economic sanctions; (c) any jurisdiction where the operation of such platforms is expressly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

2.4 KYC/AML Compliance. We may require identity verification in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Failure to complete required verification may result in account suspension or termination.

3.1 Nature of Service. The Platform operates a decentralized, blockchain-based prize drawing system utilizing Ethereum smart contracts and Chainlink Verifiable Random Function (VRF) for provably fair winner selection.

3.2 Ticket Purchase. Users may purchase entries ("Tickets") using approved stablecoins (USDC, USDT) via the Permit2 protocol. All Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided herein or required by applicable law.

3.3 Drawing Mechanism. Winners are selected through Chainlink VRF, which provides cryptographically secure randomness that is verifiable on-chain. The drawing process is transparent, auditable, and cannot be manipulated by the Company or any third party.

3.4 Prize Distribution. Prizes are distributed in Bitcoin (BTC) to the wallet address associated with the winning Ticket(s). Prize distribution occurs automatically via smart contract execution following winner verification.

4.1 Lawful Use. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform.

4.2 Prohibited Activities. You expressly agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the smart contracts or drawing mechanism
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Engage in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Circumvent geographic or age restrictions
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits or eligibility requirements
• Engage in collusion or coordinated behavior intended to manipulate outcomes
• Interfere with other users' access to or enjoyment of the Platform

4.3 Wallet Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys. We bear no responsibility for losses resulting from compromised wallet security.

5.1 Transaction Finality. All blockchain transactions are irreversible. The Company cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions once broadcast to the Ethereum network.

5.2 Network Fees. You are responsible for all applicable network (gas) fees associated with transactions on the Ethereum blockchain.

5.3 Tax Responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to income tax, capital gains tax, or any other applicable taxes on prizes won. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional.

5.4 No Investment Advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participation involves risk of loss and should be undertaken only with funds you can afford to lose.

6.1 Company IP. The Platform, including all content, features, functionality, design elements, trademarks, and trade dress, is owned by the Company and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 Open Source Components. Certain smart contract code is publicly available and open source. Such code is subject to its respective open source licenses.

7.1 "AS IS" Basis. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 No Guarantee of Winnings. Participation in the Platform does not guarantee any prize or return. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Tickets sold and are clearly disclosed on the Platform.

7.3 Blockchain Risks. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, hard forks, regulatory changes, and cryptocurrency price volatility.

7.4 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

7.5 Aggregate Liability Cap. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Tickets in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your violation of applicable laws.

9.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE.

9.3 Class Action Waiver. YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

10.1 Termination by User. You may cease using the Platform at any time. Unused Tickets remain valid for the applicable drawing period.

10.2 Termination by Company. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform.

11.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

11.4 Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

11.5 Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures.
